The AMO children are enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten (Jardim 1) for four-year-olds; Kindergarten (Jardim 11) for five-year-olds; Grade One for six-year-olds; and Review Classes (“Reforco Escolar”) (follow-up academic support) for older children who need and desire extra personal tutoring for their public school home work.
Impact: The mothers know that their children are literate after attending AMO’s kindergarten and Grade One classes and are ready (both academically and socially) for public school and that the children have the support of the AMO School.
